I recently moved from a northern city to Fl. I had to sell my home of 21 years and find a suitable home in Fl during a time when inventory was sparse. She even assisted in coordinating issues with my northern realtor. Most importantly she was able to find the perfect home for me, my family and our pets. Annette proved to be knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying and selling, from finding the home, connecting me with the perfect mortgage broker and all others involved in this process.
