I recently moved from a northern city to Fl. I had to sell my home of 21 years and find a suitable home in Fl during a time when inventory was sparse. Annette proved to be knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying and selling, from finding the home, connecting me with the perfect mortgage broker and all others involved in this process. Annette was a god send! We were in town for 72 hours to look at homes and neighborhoods that we liked. She got to know us so well in a very short time and kept us informed of all the homes that she thought would work for our family. She is a great communicator, honest and very helpful. She ended up looking at homes on our behalf and then called us when she found the home we would love. She walked through numerous homes while on facetime and we ultimately chose a home and purchased it all using facetime. I HIGHLY recommend Annette to be your realtor.
