He understands the market and ensured we were priced accordingly. He explained the best way for us to handle any issues that arose in the best and least expensive manner. When something required repairing or changing, he found the contractor for us, which saved us a lot of stress in trying to find the best person or company for the job. He insured we were kept informed when potential buyers were viewing our home. Feedback from the other realtors was very important to us and he made sure we had that feedback. Overall, we are very satisfied with the end result. We would definitely use him again.

Once we purchased, he has followed through in helping us with updates we wanted - while we liked in OK - he helped us locate contractors - met them at the house for us in our absence. Steve truly went over and above what he had to do. Great customer service!
