Carol did her normal excellent job! This is the second home we have sold in Micanopy with her help. She sold this one when we were on vacation in Costa Rica at a price thousands of dollars over the asking price! She also helped us purchase the lot that this home was built on. My brother and his wife also purchased a home in Micanopy with her help with the same great experience. She is always quick to respond to our calls and texts. Carol put us in contact with an excellent contractor that she has personally used herself.

Cheri was patient and caring and knew her stuff. She was pleasant when meeting us at the houses and allowed us plenty of time to walk around. In the end after looking at about 10 houses we found the one that suited us the best and Cheri was there to get this transaction written up and complete. She advised us with an inspector for a smooth process.
