Could not have been better!!!
Carol did her normal excellent job! This is the second home we have sold in Micanopy with her help. She sold this one when we were on vacation in Costa Rica at a price thousands of dollars over the asking price! She also helped us purchase the lot that this home was built on. My brother and his wife also purchased a home in Micanopy with her help with the same great experience. She is always quick to respond to our calls and texts. I don't think anyone knows the real estate market in this area better than Carol. The home we purchased when we were selling this home needed some remodeling. Carol put us in contact with an excellent contractor that she has personally used herself.
