Bethany was our agent for the recent purchase of our new home in Leesburg, FL. She made herself available on very short notice to view any house we requested to see. We felt that she was very knowledgeable about the local market and real estate purchases/sales in general. She was there to help us through a very tough situation with our sellers' family. I began working with Diane after I saw she was selling a home a few streets up from a rental I was rehabbing to sell. Diane and I communicated via voice, text, and email to get the rehab home sold, over market price, within weeks, after bringing the home to market. The back and forth and constant, timely, clear communication with Diane was extremely important to me, as it was not until the day of closing at the title company when I finally met Diane in person, due to my busy schedule! This was the first time I HAVE EVER “hired” / partnered with a realtor to sell a property of mine without first meeting a realtor in person. However, since then, Diane has sold multiple new construction homes for me, and has sold other properties for my family. Diane always keeps me posted when a showing is taking place, provides feedback from the showing, and checks up on the home when I am unable to, especially after showings. There have been no complains working with Diane and I now feel comfortable just giving the keys of the home to Diane when a property is ready for sale and letting her do her thing.
