Garland came highly recommended by a family friend and acted as our buyer's agent in the purchase of our home. As first-time home buyers from out of state, my wife and I were initially worried about everything which could go wrong, but ultimately everything went smoothly (in no small way due to Garland's expertise) and we managed to find what we were looking for at a fair price and within our budget. Garland facilitated and explained the entire process, drove us to multiple listings in different areas, addressed all of our concerns, carefully prepared and read documents, and kept us informed. We would be happy to work with Garland again in the future, and also recommend him to friends and family.
