Garland came highly recommended by a family friend and acted as our buyer's agent in the purchase of our home. As first-time home buyers from out of state, my wife and I were initially worried about everything which could go wrong, but ultimately everything went smoothly (in no small way due to Garland's expertise) and we managed to find what we were looking for at a fair price and within our budget.
