Kelly was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone (I've already referred several friends to her). I relocated to Colorado from the East Coast and Kelly helped me navigate the Denver area market and nuances of the locations I considered purchasing while I was still remote. During my house hunting trip, Kelly organized an itinerary for tours that maximized my time and enabled me to narrow the pool of potential homes faster than I expected. With the extra time, I was able to revisit my favorites and make an offer shortly thereafter. I selected a new construction home from a builder and Kelly was instrumental in negotiating and closing the deal. She also assisted me in working with the lender to correct errors in their math. Kelly was very responsive throughout the entire process and made homebuying easy!
