Asa McCune was incredible throughout our entire home buying process. He showed unbelievable patience taking us through 20+ houses over several months until we finally found the right one. At no point did we ever feel pressured to settle or rush into a decision. Asa was always responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and willing to work around our schedule. What stood out most was how committed he was to helping us find the right house instead of just making a sale. He gave great advice during showings, pointed out things we would have never noticed ourselves, and made the entire process much less stressful. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Asa made us feel confident every step of the way. Lori was a breeze to work with. She was timely with all paperwork and let us know exactly when we needed to follow through with time sensitive issues (inspections, appraisal). She provided us with easy to understand information and guided us when choosing companies we would need to use to complete our responsibilities. Even when the underwriter asked for issues to be addressed hours before our closing, Lori took the reins and made phone calls to help us meet these last minute requirements. We would use her again without hesitation!

Mike Hall was extremely helpful and attentive during our search for, and the purchase of, our lot. He has continued to be hands-on in our communications with our builder and the engineer drawing the plans for our home. He has always made time to meet when we've asked and has provided answers and follow-up to any questions that we've had during the purchase/settlement/home building process. His laid-back demeanor has made us feel at ease during what could have been a stressful time and we have never felt like we were being pushed into making decisions with which we weren't comfortable. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who is looking to make a real estate purchase.
