She provided us with easy to understand information and guided us when choosing companies we would need to use to complete our responsibilities. Even when the underwriter asked for issues to be addressed hours before our closing, Lori took the reins and made phone calls to help us meet these last minute requirements. Mike Hall was extremely helpful and attentive during our search for, and the purchase of, our lot. He has continued to be hands-on in our communications with our builder and the engineer drawing the plans for our home. He has always made time to meet when we've asked and has provided answers and follow-up to any questions that we've had during the purchase/settlement/home building process. His laid-back demeanor has made us feel at ease during what could have been a stressful time and we have never felt like we were being pushed into making decisions with which we weren't comfortable.
