Their personal care might be called white glove but AnnMarie and Thom also roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty beside and on behalf of their clients when they need their help. Their referrals to other professionals when a home needs work to get sale-ready or while on the market are to the person and to the business fabulous people. Even though we know that Germano Group had many houses to promote in their portfolio, we wouldn't have known it by the attention we were given. Team Landon really made the buying of our new house an easy process. They were available at short notice to view houses, super fast answering any of our questions, provided "what to do next" emails when we'd had our offer accepted and were a joy to work with. I think they have streamlined their service to make house buying as stress free as possible for their clients. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if we were to move house.

Selling our home was a challenge because of our work/travel schedules. Team Landon went the extra mile to ensure the property was always “show-ready” with tasks such as blowing leaves off the patio and turning lights on/off.
