I would like to express how wonderful Samantha Lennon was. My parents moved back to Delaware 4 years ago and she went above and beyond helping them search for a home in Delaware. This time we were selling my father's house due to his death and everyone told me I could sell the house myself but I know I would contact Samantha to list the house. I have used KC as an agent to sell three homes and purchase three homes. Each time the experience has been wonderful. He goes that extra mile in helping with all aspects of the sale of your existing home and the purchase of a new home. He listens to what you are looking for, and is honest with you to let you know what it will take to complete the transaction. He will line up inexpensive and competent contractors if work needs to be done, and he will interrupt his own time to answer your questions or calm you down if you have concerns. I cannot recommend him enough, and although I hope I'm in my dream home and will not need him again any time soon, I happily recommend him to all my family and friends.
