Brooke was PHENOMENAL!! She went to work right away after we contacted her (it was also during the busy holiday season). She gave us wonderful suggestions on what we should do to make the house more marketable. Once the house was on the market, we received an offer within the first week for the asking price. We had a few bumps in the road to settlement from the buyers, but Brooke kept us informed and stayed on top of everything right up to the closing.
