Amazing experience, we sold our house sitting remotely in Texas. All the heavy lifting was done by Melissa. We just collected our proceedings. There was a lot of pre-work required for staging the house. Everything was taken care was Melissa. We got offer within a week of listing. We were amazed by the experience. They are expert in what they and were lucky to have come in their contact. We have couple of more homes that we want to sell and already talking to Melissa for them.

Dave and Kirsten did an outstanding job helping me sell my home. They took the time to explain every step clearly, walk me through all my options, and make sure I understood the advantages and trade-offs of each decision. What impressed me the most was Alan and Lisa established a game plan and that set the foundation for a great all-around experience. Discussions were daily and availability was never an issue.

In doing a recent 1031 exchange sale, Alan was on top of all the extra details that were a part of selling one condo and buying another. He kept the process easy and not stressful. He loves what he's doing and it shows in everything he does.

Very good at letting me know what to expect

Nick spent a considerable amount of time studying our unique property of a 148 year old farmhouse. Comparable homes where almost nonexistent and we were asking better than $100,000. more then any home had sold for in our neighborhood. When selling restate pricing is of paramount importance for both seller and buyer. Let's face it; what we as sellers wanted versus what is realisticly obtainable is sometimes very different. I considered his advise invaluable. We agreed on a listing price. Once listed multiple offers came within days. Nick coached us through the negotiation process effortlessly. A process in our case lasting to the last final days. In the end Nick went well above and beyond helping us vacate the property and even assisted in settlement as we were not present. Now Nick was not only my restate agent, I must consider him a friend.
