In August of 2022, we decided to make a move to be closer to family after the birth of our fourth child in May. We quickly found our new home in Michigan with the help of family and friends in September with a closing date of October, but we needed a team to help us prepare our Minnesota house for sale. Christina Restrick, our Ann Arbor realtor, who is also amazing, connected us with Kimberly Reeves at the Bethany Nelson Group. We truly cannot say enough good things about Kathy Ghilani, but we're going to give it a shot! Amanda is super professional, knows the market well and understands the process of buying/selling a home. She responds super quickly. She reaches out to other parties super quick and on the spot sometimes. She doesn’t wait for anything which I like. I appreciate the buyer consultation because I’m new to home buying and everything related. I went in thinking she would also ask us what it was we wanted in a home but it was information about the buying process which is super helpful. My wants and needs were pretty black and white and needing to remember those helped. We found a home fairly quickly. Her team and the team she referred for lending was great!
