We truly cannot say enough good things about Kathy Ghilani, but we're going to give it a shot! Kathy is the consummate real estate professional, extremely knowledgable, sincere, amazingly patient, direct and honest and also a lot of fun! We looked at homes on and off for a couple of years and as our needs changed she changed with us. We were hitting a dead-end with inventory when she reached out about a home she had recently toured, stating it was a perfect fit for us. We decided just to look (a little out of the desired price range) and as she promised, the VALUE and layout and neighborhood were sincerely perfect! Amanda is super professional, knows the market well and understands the process of buying/selling a home. She responds super quickly. She reaches out to other parties super quick and on the spot sometimes. She doesn’t wait for anything which I like. I appreciate the buyer consultation because I’m new to home buying and everything related. I went in thinking she would also ask us what it was we wanted in a home but it was information about the buying process which is super helpful. My wants and needs were pretty black and white and needing to remember those helped. We found a home fairly quickly. Her team and the team she referred for lending was great! We started looking for a townhouse then stopped the search due to Covid. It took us quite a bit of time to determine what we were looking for. Paula was patient and helpful during this process. The market changed during our search. She helped us adjust to that.
