In August of 2022, we decided to make a move to be closer to family after the birth of our fourth child in May. We quickly found our new home in Michigan with the help of family and friends in September with a closing date of October, but we needed a team to help us prepare our Minnesota house for sale. Christina Restrick, our Ann Arbor realtor, who is also amazing, connected us with Kimberly Reeves at the Bethany Nelson Group. We needed someone who was unafraid of our short timeline, chaotic life with four small children, and a home with several projects that still needed the finishing touches to prepare it for listing. Kimberly, along with the team at Bethany Nelson Group and their talented vendors, had our house on the market at the end of October and closed at the beginning of December. From a seemingly impossible dream that started with a trip to Michigan in August of moving to a new home and sell our old by Christmas, Kimberley and team exceeded our expectations, and we know that we could not have made our dream a reality without them. We will be forever grateful for having them in our lives, and we know that even though we are no longer in Minnesota our relationship will not end with our move.
