I decided to sell my larger home a year and a half after my husband died and buy a new condo in Downtown Danville, .4 miles from one of my sons and his family. The market changed almost overnight given this year's chaos and the large number of homes up for sale all of a sudden. Scott did a great job organizing the inspections and open houses, and they both kept me on a fairly even keel throughout the entire process which had several roadblocks.
