I decided to sell my larger home a year and a half after my husband died and buy a new condo in Downtown Danville, .4 miles from one of my sons and his family. I had known Fonia and her family for many years, so I was pleased to work with great people who were definitely on my side. The market changed almost overnight given this year's chaos and the large number of homes up for sale all of a sudden. Scott did a great job organizing the inspections and open houses, and they both kept me on a fairly even keel throughout the entire process which had several roadblocks. The sale finalized a couple of weeks ago, and I have nothing but praise for the Humphries team getting me to the finish line under very difficult circumstances.
