I was introduced to Fonia and Scott through my son who had purchased his home guided by their capable expertise. I worked with them for almost a year before being able to purchase a condo, selling my larger home after the death of a spouse. They were kind, patient, capable, encouraging, and well informed about homes in my target community. They showed me condos on at least 4 occasions over 11-12 months. They helped me through the sales process with their excellent advice and teamwork. They went above and beyond in providing excellent, timely service and support. I consider myself most fortunate to have worked with them and recommend them both highly.
