Communication was always timely but unobtrusive using text, email, phone even video touring properties for my elderly parents. They quickly adapted to our special need for two walkers, wide doorways, no stairs... Negotiation was an impressive display of insight, recognizing an opportunity for bidding the right price at the right time. They worked tirelessly through the inspection/objection process offering solutions, options for technical service, and negotiating to reach a timely closing. Susan and Roger are the definition of professionalism. I felt like we were in good hands all the way through.
