Eric Burgund was outstanding!
He is extremely knowledgeable about the market conditions, had great insights into the different neighborhoods we explored, and was very professional. He provided us with very good advice during the search phase, during offer negotiation, and throughout inspection and resolution. He has also been very responsive post sale to questions, including minor ones and provided good contacts for property managers and contractors. We very much enjoyed working with highly recommend Eric!
