A Vail Valley resident since 1993, Patrice is deeply connected to this community. Prior to her career with Slifer Smith & Frampton, Patrice worked at the Vail Valley Foundation, Eagle County’s largest non-profit organization whose work enhances the quality of life in the Vail Valley through programs in the arts, athletics and education. As Director of Major Gifts leading up to the 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships, she worked tirelessly to exceed fundraising goals to bring the esteemed event to Vail and Beaver Creek for a third time in history. Originally from Huntington, New York, Patrice enjoys skiing, biking, and family time with her husband Marshall and two children, Turner and Ava. Patrice is committed to giving back to the community, supporting numerous organizations including the Vail Valley Foundation, Youth Power 365, Vail Health Foundation, Eagle Valley Behavioral Health, and Vail Mountain School. Patrice’s passion for the mountain lifestyle, coupled with her experience and community connections, make her uniquely qualified to connect you to the Vail Valley community.

Tina Vardaman is deeply rooted within the Vail Valley community, and is a highly committed, results-oriented professional who does her job with a great sense of integrity. Her commitment, organization, and high standards of customer service have resulted in outstanding results time and time again, earning her a Top 10 Broker designation at Slifer Smith & Frampton. Originally from Chicago, Tina graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Moving to the Vail Valley in 1993, she began her professional career and 30+ years of service to the community, including a twelve-year career with the Vail Valley Foundation, the valley's largest non-profit organization. As the Foundation's Vice President of Development, she was responsible for raising annual financial support for the Foundation's numerous athletic, cultural, and educational endeavors, including both the 1999 and 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships, as well as two substantial capital campaigns for the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail. Tina's vast experience in real estate and her knowledge of the Valley influence her approach to working with clients. Her goal is to guide her clients every step of the way, enabling them to better understand the attributes of different neighborhoods and properties, while also providing insight into current local market conditions. Tina is committed to the community she loves, and serves on the Board of Directors of Vail Health Foundation and the Vail Valley Foundation. She also serves on the Development Committee for Eagle Valley Behavioral Health's 'It Takes a Valley' campaign, recently established to lead the community collaboration ensuring access to superior behavioral health services for residents of Eagle County. In her free time, Tina enjoys skiing, mountain biking and hiking. She loves to take advantage of the many cultural and athletic opportunities the Valley has to offer. Tina lives in Wildridge with her husband Steve and their twin daughters, Lauren and Sophie.
