Chris was excellent in helping me find my new home. I came on a short trip from out of state, and had a very limited window to find a home. I was also a first time buyer and was pretty nervous, I didn't know what I didn't know. Chris was honest, gave great advice and insight about the area, and filled in all the knowledge gaps. She goes above and beyond to advocate for you when communicating with builders and sellers. She even stepped in for me to do my initial walk through inspection since I was still out of state, and sent pictures and videos from it. She's was there with me every step of the way during my home buying journey. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Colorado Springs area. Love my house!

She was extremely responsive any time we reached out to her and if she was busy to do a sudden showing on a new property, she would have someone from her amazing team cover for her. Tiffany was both extremely responsive and patient. She consistently provided clear detailed answers and explanations, usually within an hour or two. Her experience working with military buyers trying to purchase a house remotely was invaluable. We provided her with a list of some interesting listings and a few days later had video tours of each with no sugar coating and an impression of the neighborhood as well. I had the chance to fly into the state for a couple of days and check out the area and all her impressions were accurate to my experiences. She also advised on our initial offer and at the end of the transaction we ended up paying at or slightly below the appraisal value and closing on the perfect time line for our move.
