Great knowledge and advocate from a first time buyer

Chris was excellent in helping me find my new home. I came on a short trip from out of state, and had a very limited window to find a home. I was also a first time buyer and was pretty nervous, I didn't know what I didn't know. Chris was honest, gave great advice and insight about the area, and filled in all the knowledge gaps. She goes above and beyond to advocate for you when communicating with builders and sellers. She even stepped in for me to do my initial walk through inspection since I was still out of state, and sent pictures and videos from it. She's was there with me every step of the way during my home buying journey. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Colorado Springs area. Love my house!
