When we first were introduced, she was personable and exuded confidense. She was always available. We could contact her anytime. She let us know what was a reasonable accommodation. When we decided to back out of our first offer, she stood by us. She was flexible as far as arranging the order in which we wanted to see the houses. She was patient. We had to wait about 7 weeks after arriving in Colorado Springs to start our search. She helped us find a forever home not only to accommodate us but also our children and grandchildren.

Chris was fantastic to work with. Our first time home buying journey was made exceptionally easier because of her guidance and experience. She acted more as an advisor than a realtor.

She even stepped in for me to do my initial walk through inspection since I was still out of state, and sent pictures and videos from it. Great communication and professionalism

Chris was an excellent agent. She was prompt, responsive, friendly, and a great advocate for us during our cross-country move. It's not easy moving from one state to another, but Chris put us at ease with her efficiency and industry knowledge. We highly recommend working with her in the future.
