We were out of state when purchasing our home, and that is always a scary situation becuase you are working with someone you never know. This is our second time buying a home sight unseen, and it would NOT have been possible without Chris and her expertise. Chris was brutually honest about the homes we viewed, since we were only seeing them over facetime we really appreciated the brutal honesty. We also ran into a very uncommon, rather crazy situation after the sale, once we were moved in and she helped faciliate needed communication with the sellers and getting that sitaution handled. Absolutely recommend her for your next buy or sell. She is top tier.

Coming from Pennsylvania, we were not familiar with Colorado housing, but Chris quickly grasped what we were looking for and offered suggestions based on the local market. She taught us the pros and cons to look for in the location we sought. After we selected our house, she expertly guided us through the inspection process. Her professional approach created an amicable relationship with the sellers so that our concerns were met. She was always available to assist us with any questions we had. Because of her open approach and caring, I know I’ve made my first true friend in Colorado.

When we first were introduced, she was personable and exuded confidense. She was always available. We could contact her anytime. She let us know what was a reasonable accommodation. When we decided to back out of our first offer, she stood by us. She was flexible as far as arranging the order in which we wanted to see the houses. She was patient. We had to wait about 7 weeks after arriving in Colorado Springs to start our search. She helped us find a forever home not only to accommodate us but also our children and grandchildren.

Chris was fantastic to work with. Our first time home buying journey was made exceptionally easier because of her guidance and experience. She acted more as an advisor than a realtor.

Chris was excellent in helping me find my new home. I came on a short trip from out of state, and had a very limited window to find a home. She even stepped in for me to do my initial walk through inspection since I was still out of state, and sent pictures and videos from it.
