Coming from Pennsylvania, we were not familiar with Colorado housing, but Chris quickly grasped what we were looking for and offered suggestions based on the local market. She taught us the pros and cons to look for in the location we sought. After we selected our house, she expertly guided us through the inspection process. Her professional approach created an amicable relationship with the sellers so that our concerns were met. She was always available to assist us with any questions we had. Because of her open approach and caring, I know I’ve made my first true friend in Colorado.

When we decided to back out of our first offer, she stood by us. She was flexible as far as arranging the order in which we wanted to see the houses. She was patient. We had to wait about 7 weeks after arriving in Colorado Springs to start our search. She helped us find a forever home not only to accommodate us but also our children and grandchildren.
