Tapping into her knowledge of the current market trends helped us navigate our sale in South East Denver, to include some furnishings. This the second time we have used Janel for our Real Estate needs, we listed our home with her in the Summer of 2022.

I’m 80 years old and never had an agent do all of the extra stuff that Janel did. Going out of her way to arrange contractors to get things done that I couldn’t do. She had a list of people she worked with. They came in. Got stuff ready, fix things, plumbing electrical new roof went out of her way. Even came in and helped Wash cabinets in the kitchen. Who the hell does that? I can’t be more pleased with Janel.

Situation: I was under contract for a new-build Shea home, which was so great, but I needed to sell my townhome. This pretty much sounded like a snap originally, but then the market began rebalancing in favor of Buyers (great for them, not so much for me) and price resets were happening everywhere! Days on market were lengthening. Showings were comparatively thin. In my community, there were 5 competing townhomes of the exact same model! As the Listing Agent, Stephanie ensured that I had all of the guidance important to staging and pricing well. Really leaned into real-time market stats and trends. She implemented a world class marketing system, followed-up on all of the potential Buyer feedback to see if adjustments needed to be made and of course kept in complete communication with me along the way. There were times that Stephanie turned off and on the lights for showings which she absolutely did not need to do, but that's just who she is. My townhome was one of the first sold and had it not have been for the strategic timing as well as 'presentation', who knows what might have happened. Just a super experience in a market that was a little (a lot) tough... I cannot recommend Stephanie enough!

My home search journey was not necessarily "focused" for about 2 years and Stephanie stuck with me as I considered different areas and even price ranges. Always great at staying connected, Stephanie called and recommended that I take a look at a new Shea community in a perfect area that I knew nothing about. I toured 3 different collections and one was absolutely it!... I think she knew more about what I was looking for than I did! I was under contract and in the new-build process very quickly and although the Shea sales team was terrific, I was super-blessed to have a REALTOR in Stephanie that was alongside me to advise. Do not go it alone! Stephanie came to all of the pre-build meetings as well as inspections along the way, offering knowledgeable insights that only a seasoned professional could provide. While this was not my first home purchase, Stephanie was very proactive and based on her expert knowledge and high-communication style, ensured that any anxiousness about unknowns were mitigated and it was truly a seamless process. Cannot recommend Stephanie enough!

We couldn’t ask for a better agent than Stephanie Fix! We’ve actually worked with her for many years now. When we first met her, she was actually the sellers agent when we bought our first home. She was also one of our neighbors for many years. When we decided to moved out of state we called Stephanie and had a great experience with her selling our first home. Then when we decided to move back to CO we called Stephanie again. She helped us pick a great agent where we were located and kept in touch through selling that home. She made herself available to us anytime we asked for additional insight or a second opinion. This time around we decided to purchase new construction and, again, we asked Stephanie to be our agent. She was very knowledgeable throughout the construction process and was firm in advocating for us anytime there was an issue with the builder. Even when picking which community and builder to go with, She knew which questions to ask in order to steer us clear of surprise costs (such as water levies) that we would have had no clue to ask. Stephanie has always been a proactive and highly responsive agent. She has integrity in all she does and communicates with builders and agents with the level of professionalism you want representing you. We highly recommend Stephanie Fix and would not hesitate to call her again with any future real estate needs.

When we started looking for a home we had no idea what we were stepping into. Not only did Jess walk us through every scenario, she talked to us in a way we could understand everything. I won't go into detail to much but we had a few situations that were truly uncomfortable and Jess said "no way" she never missed going to bat for us she always had our back and took a lot of the stress out of the selling of our first home and purchasing our forever home! Jess never said "can't", she faced mountains and moved them inch by inch. We gave her a ton of work for a year and she met us with faith and smiles every time. Blood, sweat and tears go into her work not just with us but I know this is what she does with each person/family she walks this journey with! She has a wonderful team of "bulldogs" in the nicest way, and an incredible sport team, I would recommend 100 people their way and I will. We thank you Jess over and over again!
