When we started looking for a home we had no idea what we were stepping into. Not only did Jess walk us through every scenario, she talked to us in a way we could understand everything. I won't go into detail to much but we had a few situations that were truly uncomfortable and Jess said "no way" she never missed going to bat for us she always had our back and took a lot of the stress out of the selling of our first home and purchasing our forever home! Jess never said "can't", she faced mountains and moved them inch by inch. We gave her a ton of work for a year and she met us with faith and smiles every time. Blood, sweat and tears go into her work not just with us but I know this is what she does with each person/family she walks this journey with! Jess was recommended to me and I could not have found a better agent for my needs and this unique housing market. With a larger than normal housing inventory on the market and with buyers on the fence with the current interest rates, Jess knew marketing and realistic pricing would be the bedrock for my selling goals. There were buyers out there, and we needed to get their attention, with the proper staging, photos and video we were able to get better than average traffic for the local area. We received an offer within the first two weeks after listing in November, but with the amount of traffic we were receiving and the confidence in our pricing we decided to hold for an offer closer to matching my goals. We received that offer right before the holidays in December. Could not have been happier about the entire experience, Jess continuously exceeded my expectations right up to closing. Jess and her team kept us on track during those 3 weeks for a quick close, allowing us to close right before the New Year. I would not hesitate one moment to recommend Jess if your looking to sell your home in the foothills of Colorado!

What an over the top experience. Jess went over and above to sell our home. She staged it for us. Looked beautiful. Then to top that off , she and her family took the dirt bikes and showed off the property. Also included the big garage for all the toys a Family would want. Her honesty and foresight was awesome. She answered all our questions. If she didn’t know , she would find out and get back to us. She is remarkable. Thank you Jess.

I cannot remember the number of houses that we looked at , but at each house Jess was polite and professional...offering her professional touch and even her personnel touch when needed. We have been in our house for 3 months and just the other day we had to ask her a few questions ....it was no big deal to her...she tracked down the info we needed and got back to us the next day.. I would surely use her again , if the need arises
