Christi is an amazing broker to work with from start to finish. Prior to going on the market she did a walk through of our home and gave us ideas how to make it glow (fresh baseboard paint, updating smoke/carbon monoxide alarms). Right before we listed, she set us up with home summary print outs, booties for our guests, and app access for showings. Once we started receiving offers, she discussed the pros and cons of each offer and made sure our interests were well represented. During the closing process she was very attentive and kept us in the loop on inspection objections, resolutions, and other minor speed bumps. She maintained a calm demeanor during the entire process and was firm with the buyer broker when minor demands would arise. She is well versed in the legal side of contracts, include rent back and deposit requirements, and home regulations. She is hands down the best realtor in Denver.
