Valerie knows the Golden area very well and followed my wishes regarding making the selling process go smoothly. I had an older home in a great area and I did not want to do a lot of remodeling, so I sold it as is. She had some great ideas about what I could do with staging and brochure photos using my furniture. She determined an asking price that was to my satisfaction and was targeted to sell quickly. I had 2 firm full price offers after the first open house and it's debut on the multiple listing service. She handled all the paperwork and arrangements for the closing. When I was moving back from the U.K. in late June this year Jennifer was the obvious choice for us to use as our realtor. In the few years prior to moving to the U.K. Jennifer had proven herself to us time and again and although we did not buy a new home at that time and she did not receive any compensation from us for her efforts, she demonstrated a competence, knowledge of her craft, and care factor for my wife and I which was undeniable. Snap forward a few years and we are leaving the U.K. after spending 3 years there. Jennifer sent us many listing options and when we had identified one we were most interested in, she enlisted her husband to do a video walk thru of the house for us, allowing us to ask many questions. Jennifer and her husband are awesome and we really appreciated their help with this because we were buying this house unseen. We are very happy with this house. Jennifer is not only a fantastic realtor and friend, but someone who can be counted on to act on the clients behalf.
