Juan was the best realtor we've worked with! He gave us a bunch of great advice on how to improve the house to get it turn key ready to sell while staying within budget. He has other listings in the neighborhood and easily increased traffic to our home for sale by leveraging his connections/clients in the area. Our home went under contract in ONE DAY at asking price - and he handled the repairs, cleaning and other appointment coordinations - what more could you ask for?
