Juan was a huge help for us, as first time homebuyers we were uneducated on the process of buying a home. We listed our house at a tricky time; right before the market slowed down significantly. While other homes were sitting with little activity, Juan stayed calm and focused. He walked us through the data, explained the market clearly, and helped us price strategically. Thanks to his approach, we continued to get consistent showings even when similar listings stalled. What really sets Juan apart, though, is how seriously he takes the responsibility of the listing. I had already moved out of state and couldn’t be there to keep an eye on things. Juan completely filled that role.
