Juan was a huge help for us, as first time homebuyers we were uneducated on the process of buying a home. Juan helped us understand the whole process, dealt with the selling agent and got us the best deal on buying, inspection, etc. Also, the mortgage lender he deals directly with was great! They were able to work our FHA loan to get us to the monthly payment we were aiming for. Selling a home is stressful on its own. Doing it while moving out of state makes it even harder. If you’re looking for a realtor who goes beyond putting a sign in the yard and actually looks after your home like it’s their own, Juan Munoz is that person. We listed our house at a tricky time; right before the market slowed down significantly. While other homes were sitting with little activity, Juan stayed calm and focused. He walked us through the data, explained the market clearly, and helped us price strategically. Thanks to his approach, we continued to get consistent showings even when similar listings stalled. What really sets Juan apart, though, is how seriously he takes the responsibility of the listing. I had already moved out of state and couldn’t be there to keep an eye on things. Juan completely filled that role. He regularly stopped by on weekends to make sure the house looked great, arranged cleanings and lawn care without being asked, and even had Airocide systems installed when he felt the air needed freshening. Knowing my home was being actively cared for gave me real peace of mind. One moment really stands out. I was in London for work when Juan called me late one evening (Denver time) because a neighbor thought someone might be inside the house. Without hesitation, Juan handled the situation, coordinated with the police, and made sure everything was okay. It turned out to be a false alarm, but having someone local and reliable step in like that, especially when I was halfway around the world, meant everything. Once we went under contract, Juan’s experience really showed. He caught errors in paperwork that could have caused delays and navigated negotiations smoothly, keeping the process on track and minimizing issues all the way to closing.
