Juan helped us relocate to Denver from Florida. Out of his own pocket, he paid contractors for eight hours of work (painting, doing repairs, etc.). Additionally, he hired and paid for a professional photographer/videographer to do a 3-D virtual tour; a staging consultant; a deep-cleaning service; and a premium listing on Homes.com. Juan is one of the most responsive real estate agents I’ve worked with. Juan met with me immediately after our phone communication. After talking with me and asking questions about what we were looking for and timeline Juan put together a preliminary market analysis for me and explained it. He priced the property fairly and accurately to put us in the best position to sell quickly. Throughout the process he gave me great advice on what I needed to do to the property to get it ready to sell and was there with us every step of the way. He always kept us involved and answered our questions quickly. Juan took the time to really get to know us and I think that made the process of selling easier.
