I wanted to share with potential home-buyers and -sellers my excellent experience working with my realtor, Juan Muñoz. Juan helped me get my townhome ready to list in less than two weeks. Out of his own pocket, he paid contractors for eight hours of work (painting, doing repairs, etc.). Additionally, he hired and paid for a professional photographer/videographer to do a 3-D virtual tour; a staging consultant; a deep-cleaning service; and a premium listing on Homes.com. Juan is one of the most responsive real estate agents I’ve worked with. With all the stresses of selling a home and moving across the country, it was such a comfort knowing that my realtor would answer my calls promptly and get the job done.

When we were ready to list my mom's house, I was specifically looking for a realtor who understood marketing; someone willing to do more than just list the house and wait for people to come. I first looked at Juan based on his excellent 5 star reviews. His website is professional, and everything I learned led me to believe he understood technology and the various platforms and avenues to successfully market our house. The minute we signed with Juan, he was in motion! He has his own crews to clean, do basic maintenance, and stage. He suggested only minor renovations that would bring the most value. If we needed a resource, he knew people, and people knew him. Our house sold in 4 days for substantially more than our asking price.
