Our HomeSmart team of Raelynn Gabel and Juan Munoz did a fantastic job of helping us to sell our condo in a very timely manner at a great price. Their individual strengths complemented each other really well. At our first meeting with Raelynn she came prepared with a marketing analysis that very much impressed us. Raelynn is super friendly and laid back which helps lower the stress level that can happen with something as important as a real estate transaction. She was always available, great at answering our questions and keeping the process moving forward. Juan's in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the entire selling process was really valuable. His suggestions for cosmetic improvements to our property were spot on and we feel played an important role in how quickly the property sold. He really went above and beyond for me from doing a preliminary consultation, sharing his strategies to have his team do a whole renovation of my home to negotiating to yield me the most money. Juan also paid for my window cleaning inside and outside, cleaning of screens and tracks, deep clean of the home, floorplans, 3D tour, HDR photos and always checked on my place for me. It paid off because while another town home that was cheaper by 10,000 and had one more room, a balcony and more square footage mine sold in the first weekend above list price while that one is still on the market after 2 months. Juan Munoz from Homesmart was really tentative and kept me updated throughout the whole process and really was the best Realtor that I could have asked for. I look forward to working with him in my future homes and building my real estate portfolio. We worked with Juan Munoz at Homesmart Realty to sell our home in Denver, Colorado and to buy our new home in Louisville, Colorado. We absolutely cannot recommend Juan more highly! We contacted him out of the blue, in a panic to find a realtor to help us put in an offer on a property that had just come on the market that day.
