My home search journey was not necessarily "focused" for about 2 years and Stephanie stuck with me as I considered different areas and even price ranges. I was under contract and in the new-build process very quickly and although the Shea sales team was terrific, I was super-blessed to have a REALTOR in Stephanie that was alongside me to advise. Do not go it alone! Stephanie came to all of the pre-build meetings as well as inspections along the way, offering knowledgeable insights that only a seasoned professional could provide. While this was not my first home purchase, Stephanie was very proactive and based on her expert knowledge and high-communication style, ensured that any anxiousness about unknowns were mitigated and it was truly a seamless process. Cannot recommend Stephanie enough!
