I appreciate Susie Helmer so much!!!!! She was so helpful to us, looking at all of our different options. She listened to us, what we wanted and helped us get there. She was so patient and kind and never rushed us. She knew the moves to make and when to make them to help us get the best deal possible. She is very good at what she does. She helped us obtain a realtor in the KC area that sold our house quickly. She made the process smooth and as painless as possible. She went out of her way to help us get everything done on this end since we were out of state. She made several trips over to check on things at the house that she would not have had to. She refered us to a carpet store and took us there to pick out carpet. She has checked up on us since the sale to see if there is anything she can do to help us. We have truly gained a friend.
