Katina has been an excellent realtor to work with and we are so grateful for her knowledge, expertise, and patience. We were looking to buy our first home together as a married couple with young kids. We had a difficult time deciding what we wanted in a home and Katina did an excellent job of assessing our wants and needs and helping us meet those with what was realistic for our budget. We had several instances where we changed our decision and she was patient and receptive through the whole process. I really feel like Katina cares about her clients and wants to help them, and this is something we hadn't experienced in the past. She advocates for her clients in every way possible, and throughout our entire process, she was extremely effective at communicating every change or piece of information. Buying a home is one of the most stressful life events and I literally do not know how we could have done it without her. I'm so grateful she helped us get our dream home and I would give her the highest recommendation to any person I know looking to buy or sell.

Elyse was knowledgeable about market trends and when is the best time to list the house to get the best views. Not only was she great at what we needed to do in order to list our house, she knew what was going to be questioned and gave us an honest, up front review about what it would look like for listing, views, contracts, etc. Elyse was on top of things getting done and always let us know what was happening. She really kept us in the loop. Also, I felt comfortable going to her when we had issues, knowing we would be able to figure things out and get done what we needed. I would completely recommend her to others in order to sell or buy a house.

Dan is an extraordinary relator. Here’s my situation: I was living in Yuma, AZ while looking for a place to purchase. Dan and Catlin went ABOVE AND BEYOND with the entire home purchase experience. Dan and Catlin took the entire weekend working with me through the phone. They not only walked me through the home purchasing steps but also took the time to define all the terminologies i didn’t understand since i’m a first time home purchaser. They reassured me that i will eventually find a home. Fast forward to today, i’ve purchased a house that is beyond my liking. When I send homes that i’m interested in, Catlin and Dan will make ALL THE EFFORT to go and view the house on my behalf since i was in AZ. Catlin also took the time to attend the home inspection on my behalf since i was still in AZ during that time too. I truly recommend Dan and Catlin as an exceptional relator. I am 100000% satisfied with the experience and the team. I am happy to say that I will continue to stay in touch for my future home purchases since i’m interested in buying rental properties.
