Elyse was knowledgeable about market trends and when is the best time to list the house to get the best views. Not only was she great at what we needed to do in order to list our house, she knew what was going to be questioned and gave us an honest, up front review about what it would look like for listing, views, contracts, etc. Elyse was on top of things getting done and always let us know what was happening. She really kept us in the loop. Also, I felt comfortable going to her when we had issues, knowing we would be able to figure things out and get done what we needed. I would completely recommend her to others in order to sell or buy a house.

Elyse is like Mary Poppins because she is going to pull everything out of her bag of tricks to try and get you the home of your dreams! I can literally talk about how great she’s been for days. You have a new baby? She’s your girl, she will entertain baby while you look at the house. First time buyer? She’s your gal, she will answer all your silly questions…. Trust me I had tons!!!! Second home? 35 home? She is still your gal! She worked around our crazy schedule and did what it took to make the viewings happen! During the loan and contract process I would have been lost without her she helped us through it all and worked with the loan officer to make sure he was doing everything right and for our best benefit! Because I would not have known what to do with out her! She went above and beyond and even after we were done and moved in a month! We had a question of where to find something in our title papers she was so sweet to help us find it! I will come back to her again and again for future homes! And recommend her to all my friends and family!

Elyse was amazing! She was very professional and friendly. She listened to us and was very patient in explaining things to us, since this was the first sale of a home for us. She was fun, and relatable. I felt like I have known her for years! She knows this business and she has your best interested at heart. She goes above and beyond!

Talked to Elyse about selling my home and buying a new one with in 2 weeks we had found our new home and had an offer on the old home. Elyse was always there to talk to about the process and helped make sure we didn't get taken advantage of when the buyer who put in an as is offer tried to make use repair things in the home that didn't need to be fixed . Wouldn't hesitate to use Elyse again if i ever have to buy or sell a home
