Matt was extremely responsive and had a lot of real estate knowledge to share. His communication was good and he was always willing to answer questions. In the negotiation process, he was a amazing and helped me stay out of a bidding war! His lender and inspector are also TOP NOTCH. Because I have access to Zillow, I identified most of the houses that I liked and then Matt would proceed to schedule the tours. He picked out a few houses to view, but it was mostly my own research.

His actions are expedient but does not push beyond his client's comfort zone. Willing to go the 'extra mile' on your behalf. He is excellent at giving advice and suggestions so that you can better assess any given opportunity. Provides constant feedback and updates and makes sure all are in the same communication loop. We (my wife and I) highly recommend Tim and his agency for any buyer or seller opportunity.
