In the negotiation process, he was a amazing and helped me stay out of a bidding war! His lender and inspector are also TOP NOTCH. Because I have access to Zillow, I identified most of the houses that I liked and then Matt would proceed to schedule the tours. He picked out a few houses to view, but it was mostly my own research.
