Tim brings a high level of professionalism and knowledge to the realtor/client relationship. He strives to learn and understand his client's situation so he can best serve them. His years of experience give him a strong understanding of the real estate market throughout the many sectors of the Denver market. In our dealings (and we have used his services multiple times) he always puts the client's best interests ahead of his own. In the past, we have used Tim to represent us as buyers and sellers. Tim also maintains strong relationships within the realtor community and has good contacts within the banking/finance arena. I had the pleasure of working with Tim to buy my first home and then sell it 4 years later when I moved out of state. His knowledge of the market and communication made the experience as smooth as possible during both the buying and selling processes. Tim has solid experience! He demonstrated his experience throughout the process of selling an old family home. Tim has a communication style that is always professional, soft-spoken, direct when necessary and most importantly personable. He was available to guide me through necessary improvements that would be valuable to buyers, solicited expert advice when needed, and helped me understand market trends and paperwork. After the property was listed, he communicated about showings, offers, strategy and steps to see the sale through. When issues arose, he explained options for handling and made me comfortable with the decisions needed. When I had concerns with the issues or processes, I felt comfortable in discussing with him. In the end, we had great timing, a pretty easy process and the house sold at a good time in the market.

This is the second home we've bought with Tim and he was fantastic as always. Anytime we asked about going to a random house all over the (greater) metro area he was on board, even if it was a little farther than normal. He always goes above and beyond, whether that's dealing with difficult agents, or always being available for whatever random questions we have on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks again Tim!
