Tim brings a high level of professionalism and knowledge to the realtor/client relationship. He strives to learn and understand his client's situation so he can best serve them. His years of experience give him a strong understanding of the real estate market throughout the many sectors of the Denver market. He dedicates himself to his client and works to provide various options and opportunities for them. In our dealings (and we have used his services multiple times) he always puts the client's best interests ahead of his own. In the past, we have used Tim to represent us as buyers and sellers. Tim also maintains strong relationships within the realtor community and has good contacts within the banking/finance arena. His actions are expedient but does not push beyond his client's comfort zone. Willing to go the 'extra mile' on your behalf.
