We were introduced to James by a friend in Iowa before we moved to Florida. James reached out before we arrived to get our list of needs. When we in Florida James was ready for us but allowed us to reach out to him when we were ready to begin the search. James met us with a list of homes and was ready to go wherever we wanted to look. The market was being bought up by corporate owners for Verbos etc. But that didn't hinder James' dedication and professionalism. After being beaten 8 times on homes we wanted, James was unwavering in his search for our perfect home. We discovered our home and finally were able to win. James was with us throught the whole process. We worked together for months before James.was able to find home. He was professional, personable, and determined to find us the right home and, we couldn't be more grateful.

Her knowledge and understanding of the market helped me to make an informed decision.

We contacted Donna and she responded promptly. She was knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would use her again. She got very close to my original asking price. The closing was simple and stress free
