From day one she was in constant communication with my mother and myself (out of state daughter)! She properly handled communication that met each one of our needs. Email and texts for me and phone calls to my mother. During the transaction, there were anticipated and unanticipated issues that were all managed stealthy. My mother's house was a semi-dated, manufactured home and Pam still had professional photographs taken and fully marketed the house as if it was a high end home.
