I highly recommend using your place realty over any other realtor out there. We reached out to Chad directly after we got an awful contract from a big chain realtor office. And that same day, after never talking to him before, he took an hour or so out of his time to read through the entire contract that was written for us by the chain realtor, and he helped point out all the real scummy and unfair stuff they put in there, and helped put us in a more comfortable ideal set about what we should look out for. Next day we asked him to take over as our realtor, as we hadn't signed the previous contract yet. We couldn't have made a better decision, Chad from the beginning had been super upfront about how the process works, what we should do, look for, and try to achieve, without being pushy in the slightest. He helped make the process the easiest it could be, whilst being as transparent about everything and anything in the process. When we had a question about the process, he was there to answer it. When we needed help trying to figure out what we needed done to sell, he was there to help.
