Real pleasure to work with

We have been working with Kim for years and with this sale she went above what is expected from a real estate agent. She helped us with clearing out furniture when we were in another state and could not go to Florida to do this due to a health issue. She did several things to help us out and even to help the buyers in the purchase!

Having listed our home at the worst possible time in Florida on top of two hurricanes we persevered and sale finally closed. Rick was a source of endless support both with listing advice and emotionally. Several false "offers" were tendered and through Ricks professionalism were dealt with. Had we followed Ricks advise early on it is my belief that the length of time to sale would have been reduced. We have known Rick for over 25 years and integrity is part of the service he brings with him.
