Kate worked very hard in a tough market to get my house sold. We had a very difficult buyer that required a lot of extra time and effort on her part. She never lost her optimistic, cheerful attitude. And I considered her a good friend at the end of the deal. I have never heard a negative comment about Kate, as a matter of fact, she is considered the hardest working realtor in the area. She consistently updates you on the market, the feedback and showings and gives honest opinions on asking prices, but readily listens to your opinions and needs.

Her customer service and professionalism are outstanding. She communicates frequently, answers all questions and does extensive investigation whether you are the buyer or the seller. Having listed our home at the worst possible time in Florida on top of two hurricanes we persevered and sale finally closed. Rick was a source of endless support both with listing advice and emotionally. Several false "offers" were tendered and through Ricks professionalism were dealt with. Had we followed Ricks advise early on it is my belief that the length of time to sale would have been reduced.
