Goes above and beyond.
We have known Fred Boland now for over 13 years. He has guided us through at least 6 real estate transactions. He goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction and he is always present and always available. As is his lovely wife. He has personally fixed items on our inspection lists. He has personally done Home Watch services for us. And on and on. He's very knowledgeable and really gives of himself and has that "personal touch". And he's my friend. I recommend him wholeheartedly !
